Change happens through relationship. This is why we heal in relationship. This is also why “self-help” doesn’t work, and actually results in people becoming more isolated and self-centered.

The work is not about dismantling adaptation.
It is about restoring flexibility, range, and self-inclusion within it.

What This Work Is

  • Recognize which adaptations still have utility

  • Notice where adaptation has become constraining

  • Restore choice where things have gone rigid

In large part, most of this is accomplished because in our conversations, we speak plainly, precisely, respectfully, without hype, without mysticism, without jargon, without moralizing, and definitely without pathologizing.

I do not use buzzwords, trend terms, performative empathy or performative anything.
