Tired of therapy that just makes you feel bad?  And then feel bad for feeling bad?  And on and on and on, into the vortex of doom?  And then some wonder why they never get any better?

I’ve been there.  All it did was make me feel worse.  And there came a time when I just had had ENOUGH!

I wanted to feel better NOW.  Without resorting to chemicals.  Just wanted to BE OK WITH ME.

And I do love to feel better when I am done with a task than before I started that task. Let’s focus on your strengths and what you are able to do to make things go right.
